Gary J. DiSano, President of the Tournament of Roses Association, announced, as his first official duty, the leadership and organizational structure for the 2009-2010 Tournament year. Brad Ratliff, a Tournament volunteer since 1988, was elected to the Executive Committee and will serve as the Tournament’s President in 2017. He will provide leadership for the 128th Rose Parade and 103rd Rose Bowl Game on January 2, 2017.
Professionally, Ratliff is a member of the management team for Inline Distributing Company headquartered in Sylmar, Calif. In addition to his 20 years of service in the Tournament of Roses, Ratliff is a current member and former board member of the Pasadena Optimist Club and a supporter of UCLA athletics. Ratliff was born in Pasadena and is a John Muir High School alum and UCLA graduate. He and his wife, Susan, reside in La Cañada and have two children, Christen and Sarah. His interests include waterskiing, reading, running and hiking. Ratliff follows in the footsteps of his father, Dick E. In addition, the following officers were elected to serve with Ratliff on the 14-member Executive Committee: Jeffrey L. Throop, Executive Vice President; Richard W. Jackson, Treasurer; and Sally M.
