A drive-by shooting at Villa Parke in Pasadena late Sunday left an 18-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl critically wounded, authorities said.

The attack took place shortly after 8:30 p.m. at the park, 363 E. Villa Street.
An 18-year-old Altadena man and a 14-year-old Pasadena girl were walking along a sidewalk in front of the park when a late-model sedan pulled alongside them and stopped, according to Pasadena police officials.
“The passenger suspect yelled something toward the victims before firing their weapons at both victims, police said in a written statement. “The male victim was struck numerous times by gunfire on his upper body, while the juvenile female victim was struck once in the neck area.”
The attackers were last seen speeding away west on Villa Street, officials said. A detailed suspect description was not available.
Both victims were hospitalized in critical condition, police said. Neither has any gang affiliation.
No further details were available.
