UCLA opens Big Ten play against Purdue at 8 p.m. Saturday at the Rose Bowl, where parking lots open six hours earlier, at 2 p.m.
The Bruins enter 2-0 under first-year coach Bob Chesney and are seeking a 3-0 start for the first time since 2023. Big Ten Network televises the game.
Saturday is the first game under UCLA’s new policy of free regular-season home admission for eligible students, who can claim tickets through their student ticket accounts.
“We can’t wait to see a sea of Bruin Blue at the Rose Bowl this Saturday,” Tim Harris, UCLA’s CEO and director of athletics, said in the announcement.
Rose Bowl-themed beach towels go to the first 2,500 students inside Gate C.
Tailgating at BruinFest on Brookside Golf Course begins at 2 p.m., and the Area H Fan Zone is open from 3:45 to 7:45 p.m. outside Gates A and B. The team arrives for Bruin Walk at 5:20 p.m. along North Arroyo Boulevard outside Gate A, and gates open to the general public at 6:30 p.m.

Stadium parking is $38 in advance and $43 on gameday; Parsons complex parking, entered at 100 W.
