Dear Editor,
Can we get an article on how awesome the Rose Bowl is and it doesn’t need UCLA’s 7 games a year. Why spend so much money on a lawsuit for 7 games?
UCLA is not a top revenue generator for the Rose Bowl. Those seven days might be more lucrative for concerts than UCLA’s sorry football team.
The Rose Bowl is a global asset why fight to keep a low level football team when the entire greatness of the world is at their fingertips.
The Rose Bowl has hosted the World Cup, Olympic competition, the Super Bowl, college championship games, huge concerts. Why even bother with UCLA’s 7 games? Why be small when you can be big?
Sincerely,
Damian Pipkins
