There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday night through Thursday due to moisture from the remnants of a tropical system moving north over the eastern Pacific, the National Weather Service said.
Temperatures will fall each day until Wednesday and stay cooler than normal throughout the week.
Expect night through morning low clouds in most San Gabriel Valley areas Monday night and Tuesday morning, forecasters said.
There will be a slight chance of showers as early as Tuesday night, and a slight chance of thunderstorms across much of the region Wednesday into the night.
