Assumption School Community Embraces Lent with Faith and Reflection

On Wednesday, March 5, Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary School began its Lenten journey with prayer, reflection, and hope. In observance of Ash Wednesday, the school community gathered to mark the beginning of Lent, a sacred season of repentance, renewal, and spiritual preparation for Easter. Ash Wednesday holds deep significance in the Christian faith, reminding believers of their mortality and the call to turn their hearts toward God through prayer, fasting, and acts of charity. May this season continue to draw everyone closer to God and strengthen their hearts in faith and compassion.
