Blair High School and its International Baccalaureate Program

Charles Santoro joined the Blair family during his sophomore year intent on pursuing the IB Diploma. During his time at Blair, he was active in various school clubs, and he was the founder and editor-in-chief of “The Navigator” (the school newspaper). Charlie believes, “the IB program gave [him] discipline in studying and exploring [his] academic options”. He will attend the University of California at Berkeley in the fall, where he will major in political science. He plans to attend law school after graduating from Berkeley and to ultimately pursue a career in public service. His parents are Rebecca Aragon and Mark Santoro.
