Blair High School: Follow Up On Acceptance Letters By Registering Your Student Now
Acceptance letters have been sent to families who applied through the Open Enrollment process for a permit for their student to attend Blair. Congratulations on your acceptance, and we look forward to your student joining us at Blair.
To accept this space at Blair, you must now promptly complete the process of enrolling your student. Please come to the school registrar by Wed. Mar. 28, 2012. If you do not register by noon on Mar. 28, the seat will be forfeited and assigned to a child on the waiting list.
New student registration hours are 8:00 am to 12:00 noon only, Monday through Friday.
The school registrar’s office is located inside the Main Office on the high school campus. The registrar, Ms. Lue Howard, handles all school registrations, both middle school and high school.
To register your student you will need to present the following:
1. Child’s birth certificate
2. Most recent immunization and vaccination records
3. Two proofs of residency in the form of a rental/lease agreement or mortgage statement and recent gas, electric or water bill in your name
4. Middle and high school students new to PUSD need to provide current transcripts
Important Notice: Due to the budget crisis, BP 5116.1 guidelines will be adhered to and all students on permit are responsible for their own transportation to and from school.
