Designer Kevin Bethune Inspires Waverly Students with Career Journey



The Waverly School’s High School and Elementary School students had the unique opportunity to hear from Kevin Bethune (https://www.kevinbethune.com/) during their Martin Luther King, Jr. Day assembly on Friday. Kevin, a distinguished design and innovation executive, entrepreneur, author, and keynote speaker, shared insights from his remarkable career journey. He recounted his inspiring path, starting as a nuclear engineer, transitioning to a Nike shoe designer, and ultimately becoming a leader in design innovation. His story served as a powerful example of resilience, creativity, and the pursuit of one’s passions.
