EF Academy Pasadena: A Home Away from Home

The dorms are EF Academy Pasadena students’ home away from home!

During the year EF Academy Pasadena student services team works to create a homey environment for students to feel comfortable. Students who live in the dorms are separated into halls by gender, and each hall is supervised by a House Parent (HP) HPs live in the dorms with students to support their day-to-day living and organize fun activities to build a family-oriented community.

No two roommates are the same! Each student lives with two other roommates of different nationalities, making each room internationally diverse and allowing students to learn outside of the classroom. Students have the opportunity to live and learn among friends from the US and globally.

In the dorm lounges students spend time with their friends and participate in fun activities such as arts and crafts, karaoke, board games, watching movies, and more! These lounges are areas for students to gather for dorm floor meetings, planned activities, or chat with their house parents or friends.
