La Salle Kicks Off the Year with Wellness and Mindfulness Activities

La Salle College Preparatory School warmly welcomed its Lancers back to campus with an all-school assembly designed to foster connection and reflection. Students attended their classes and later participated in activities aimed at nourishing their spirits and promoting mindfulness. These activities included goat yoga, interactions with therapy animals such as puppies, bunnies, goats, and even snakes, as well as arts and crafts and meditative coloring. The event created a calm and supportive atmosphere for the school community.

The school expressed gratitude for the opportunity to provide moments of peace and wellness, emphasizing its commitment to the well-being of its students and staff. Appreciation was extended to everyone who contributed to making the day a soothing and positive experience, reinforcing the school’s enduring motto: Lancer Strong!
