Maker Friday at Mayfield Junior School

Friday was a busy in the D-Lab as kindergarteners set to work creating items to take on a dream adventure. Backpacks, binoculars, armor, animal traps, wings and wands were just a few of the wildly imaginative items made completely out of saved materials such as cereal boxes, paper towel rolls, egg cartons, bubble wrap and bits of cord and string. Who’s ready for an adventure?
