San Marino High School’s Visual and Performing Arts students recently concluded a sold out new musical “Newsies” at Neher Auditorium. This student production, led by faculty members Director Blake Williams, Choreographer Bonnie Hanson, Vocal Director Tammi Alderman, and Orchestra Conductor Chris Horokawa is an example of one of the many successful VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts) programs within the District made possible because of the San Marino community’s endless support.
