SFHS Cross Country Kicks Off Season with Alumni Mentorship and Team Spirit

Summer is underway, and St. Francis High School (SFHS) fall sports are already preparing for the upcoming competition season. The cross country team, in particular, has hit the ground running with enthusiasm and dedication. Shown above is a picture of some of the cross country runners on their first day of practice. It was heartwarming to see many SFHS alumni return to mentor and encourage this year’s runners. Their presence not only provided valuable guidance but also inspired the current team members to strive for excellence. The blend of experience and youthful energy bodes well for a promising season ahead.
