St. Gregory A. & M. Hovsepian School recently held their kindergarten alphabet countdown with the letter “Y” for Yoga! The young yogis enthusiastically stretched and balanced during the activity. Their instructor shared a poignant lesson, stating, “Those who think they can do something, and those who think they cannot do something, are both usually right.” This uplifting message inspired self-belief among the children.
