Keller Williams Pasadena will open its South Los Robles Avenue office Thursday evening for an hour-long session aimed at people considering a career in real estate.
Career Night runs from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20, with doors at 5:30 p.m. The session is open to anyone 18 or older. The brokerage says attendees will be able to speak with agents, team leaders and administrative staff about what the work pays and how long licensing takes.
Keith Harrington, a licensed agent and the office’s director of growth, leads the session, according to the brokerage’s website.
The office is at 199 S. Los Robles Ave., Suite 130, in Pasadena. The brokerage’s website says the market center serves Northeast Los Angeles, including Altadena and other San Gabriel Valley communities.
Part of the hour covers KSCORE, short for Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate, a program the company says can cover the full cost of state-required pre-licensing coursework through Kaplan Real Estate Education. Keller Williams says students remain responsible for state costs, including exam fees, license application fees and background checks.
The office describes the session as informational and free of charge, with no obligation for those who attend. Registration is recommended, and the brokerage asks attendees to park offsite, noting that street parking is available nearby.
