The event features a children’s book read aloud with musical accompaniment, giving kids a chance to connect words, rhythm and melody in an outdoor setting.
Each session is led by a Pasadena Conservatory of Music Young Musicians teacher and includes live music, movement-based activities and a playful introduction to basic musical concepts geared toward early learners.
The program is described as great for children ages 2–7 and is held at Feather Falls near the Main Lawn in the Camellia Forest, surrounding families with trees, flowers and the sound of running water as they listen and sing along.
