Conductor Brett Mitchell will lead pianist Michelle Cann in performances at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m., featuring Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23, Jeffrey Nytch’s “Beacon” and Tchaikovsky’s final symphony.
Classical KUSC host Brian Lauritzen will lead a free pre-concert “Insights” dialogue with Mitchell one hour before each performance.
