Peanut (l) and Rosie (r)
Here are the Pets of the Week available for adoption at the Pasadena Humane Society this week:
This handsome boy is Peanut (A-25525), a gentle giant with 150 pounds of love to give! This Great Dane/Mastiff mix may be a big guy, but underneath that extra-large exterior is a sweet, playful pup who loves spending time with his favorite people.
Peanut enjoys romping around the yard, tossing around his stuffed toys, and heading out for short walks to explore the neighborhood. Once he’s gotten his wiggles out, he’s happy to settle in and enjoy the good life.
If you’ve got room in your home—and on your couch—for a whole lot of dog, Peanut is ready to fill that space with even more love!
The adoption fee for dogs is $150. All dog adoptions include spay or neuter, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines.
Walk-in adoptions are available every day from 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. View photos of adoptable pets at pasadenahumane.org.
New adopters will receive a complimentary health-and-wellness exam from VCA Animal Hospitals, as well as a goody bag filled with information about how to care for your pet.
Pets may not be available for adoption and cannot be held for potential adopters by phone calls or email.
Meet Rosie (A-26050), a sweet 4-year-old girl who’s happiest when she’s close to her favorite people. At about 45 pounds, she’s the perfect size for snuggling up on the couch—and cuddling with her foster mom is one of her very favorite activities.
When she’s not snoozing on the couch or relaxing in her dog bed, Rosie loves playing with rope toys and heading out for enthusiastic walks. She’s got a wonderful mix of playful energy and cozy couch-potato charm.
Rosie is ready to trade her foster home for a couch—and family—of her very own. Come meet this affectionate girl and see if she’s the one you’ve been waiting for!
