Big Bang Block Party is Stellar Success

Pasadena’s Connect Week celebrated science and the hit TV show, Big Bang Theory, with a Big Bang Block Party on Big Bang Theory Alley on Thursday night.

After walking through a Vortex Tunnel, guests mingled and learned about innovation and technology opportunities in Pasadena such as, Supple Frame’s coding classes and Innovate Pasadena’s meetups.

The evening included handcrafted sandwiches by Gastro Garage – these stuffed savory doughnuts were blowtorched to perfection – a beautiful combination of science and gastronomy.

There was also a selection of beer and wine from Vertical Wine Bistro, plus music, games, a giant LiteBrite, football table and photobooth.
