Twelve additional local vote centers are scheduled to open today, Saturday, Oct. 31 — 10 in Pasadena and two in Altadena. That brings the combined area total to 15 (three locations began voting Oct. 24.)
The full list is published below.
All 15 locations have the same remaining schedule: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily today through Monday, Nov. 2, and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3, Election Day.
Centers offer in-person voting, conditional voter registration for eligible unregistered voters, and vote-by-mail ballot returns, according to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk.
511 other vote centers across Los Angeles County also open Saturday, bringing the total number of locations in the county available for the Nov. 3 general election to 646.
Voters can cast ballots or return vote-by-mail ballots at any vote center in the county, regardless of where they live.
“This is the weekend to vote. With every one of our Vote Centers open across L.A. County, there’s a convenient, secure place for you to cast your ballot close to home, work, or wherever your weekend takes you,” Registrar- Recorder/County Clerk Dean C. Logan said. “Whether you vote in person or drop your ballot in one of our Official Ballot Drop Boxes, your vote is safe, it’s secure, and it will be counted. Don’t wait for the rush on Tuesday — make your plan and vote this weekend.”
Vote-by-mail ballots can also be deposited in any of the county’s 429 official ballot drop boxes. Ballots returned by mail must be postmarked by Tuesday, and voters mailing ballots close to Election Day were advised to request a postmark at a post office.
Residents can also register and cast ballots at vote centers through California’s conditional voter registration process.
