Pasadena City College was recognized in multiple categories in the annual Community College Week special report featuring the top 100-degree and certificate producing two-year institutions. Since 1988, Community College Week has been the independent source of in-depth information for and about two-year college faculty, administrators, and trustees.
PCC was ranked 26th in nation for conferring the most associate degrees and certificates in all disciplines to men and women of color. Additionally, PCC was ranked third in the nation for conferring the most associate degrees and certificates in all disciplines to Asian Americans, and 46th in the nation for conferring the most associate degrees and certificates in all disciplines to Hispanics.
In the discipline of “Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies,†PCC ranked second in the nation for conferring the most associate degrees and certificates. Across all disciplines of study, PCC ranked 84th in the nation for conferring the most associate degrees and certificates.
PCC ranked 91st in the nation for certificates conferred in less than two years across all disciplines, and 83rd in the nation for certificates conferred in less than one year across all disciplines.
