A non-injury traffic collision on the eastbound Interstate 210 occurred Thursday morning at the Seco Street on-ramp, the California Highway Patrol reported.

Initial dispatch logs at 7:18 a.m. indicated a Camry was pinned beneath a semi-truck, with one person unable to get out of the car.

The CHP requested a hard closure of the on-ramp and issued a SigAlert, which was expected to cause a two-hour shutdown.

Traffic lanes were cleared and fully reopened within approximately 20 minutes, and no injuries or citations were reported.

The on-ramp was fully reopened by mid-morning.

The cause of the collision remains under CHP investigation.
