A status conference is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in Department D at Pasadena Courthouse for former “General Hospital” actress Haley Pullos, who pleaded no contest to felony DUI charges stemming from a wrong-way crash on the 134 Freeway that left her and another driver injured.

Pullos, 26, is serving five years of probation following her April 2024 plea and three-month jail sentence. Status conferences allow the court to monitor compliance with probation terms including community service, alcohol treatment programs, and restitution payments.

The crash occurred April 29, 2023, shortly before 1:30 a.m. on the eastbound lanes of the 134 Freeway near Orange Grove Boulevard. According to the California Highway Patrol, Pullos was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes when she collided head-on with another vehicle. Both drivers were hospitalized with major injuries.

Pasadena Fire Department crews used hydraulic rescue tools to extract Pullos from her vehicle. Investigators determined her blood alcohol content was 0.25 percent, more than three times the legal limit, and found evidence of marijuana edibles and alcohol in her car. The CHP also reported Pullos had been involved in a hit-and-run collision in Pasadena before entering the freeway.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office initially charged Pullos with two felony counts of DUI and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run. Under a plea agreement, she pleaded no contest to one felony count of DUI causing injury, and the remaining charges were dismissed.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Terry Smerling sentenced Pullos in July 2024 to five years probation, 200 hours of community service, a nine-month alcohol treatment program, and a mental health treatment program. She was also ordered to pay $8,260 in restitution to the other driver and prohibited from driving for one year.

During sentencing, Judge Smerling warned Pullos that a future DUI crash resulting in death would result in murder charges.

The other driver, Courteney Wilder, was initially in critical condition and later filed a civil lawsuit against Pullos seeking damages. Wilder reached a settlement of more than $1 million with No Comment Lounge, a Pasadena establishment where Pullos had allegedly worked, in October 2025. Pullos remains a defendant in the civil lawsuit.

Pullos played Molly Lansing-Davis on the ABC soap opera from 2009 until 2023. The role has since been recast.

The hearing will be held at Pasadena Courthouse, 300 E. Walnut St.
