Mayor Victor Gordo, Councilmember Tyron Hampton, Day One, Flintridge Center, and Harambee Ministries will co-sponsor Connect Pas4, a free networking event at 3 p.m. on May 4 at the Pasadena Convention Center.
Connect Pas4 brings together over 100 agencies, organizations and City of Pasadena departments that provide various services to residents of Pasadena and Altadena.
“It is great to get nonprofits together to learn what they do and make connections,” said John Williams, Director of Racial Reconciliation at Fellowship Church in Monrovia.
The event provides an opportunity for participants to network with community service providers and organizations while listening to music, eating delicious food, and interacting with each other.
“Connect Pas4 was curated specifically for the everyday leaders. It surprised me how many nonprofits in Pasadena were unaware of shared interests. I left the event feeling inspired, connected, and motivated to collaborate more than ever,” said Hannah Belk, Director of Community Engagement at Fellowship Church.
