Heading to Pasadena City College This Morning? Better Check First

Pasadena City College issued a campuswide alert early Tuesday morning, warning students and employees to check for updates before heading to campus due to a reported power outage.

The alert did not specify the cause of the outage or an estimated restoration time.

PCC first reported the outage at 9 p.m. Monday in an earlier Rave Alert.

That alert identified the affected facilities as the D Building, E Building, LL Building, U Building and Science Village.

Buildings affected by the ongoing outage will remain closed until further notice, suspending in?person class meetings and office services at those locations, the alert said.

The college said the suspension would continue until it is determined safe to reopen the affected buildings.
