Pasadena Heritage, the local preservation organization hosting the event, will lead visitors through the distinguished District that was established in 1904 by prominent local business leaders.
Characterized by its winding streets and iconic camphor trees, the neighborhood features 64 spacious lots containing works by several of the region’s most celebrated architects.
Among the architectural highlights, visitors will see Pasadena’s sole Frank Lloyd Wright-designed residence, alongside homes created by renowned architects Greene & Greene, Sylvanus Marston, and Wallace Neff.
The District presents a diverse array of architectural styles, including Arts & Crafts, Colonial Revival, and Mediterranean designs, offering a unique glimpse into early 20th-century housing designed for Pasadena’s middle class.
Tours will begin at the intersection of Orange Grove and Prospect Boulevards, with two time slots available at 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Tickets are available at $25 for the general public, while Pasadena Heritage members can purchase discounted admission at $22.
