Lamanda Park Branch to Undergo Parking Lot Improvements

Pasadena Public Library’s Lamanda Park Branch, 140 S. Altadena Dr., will undergo parking lot improvements construction from November 6 through 24.

This was announced by Libraries and Information Services Director Tim McDonald through the City Manager’s weekly newsletter.

McDonald said the library will remain open to the public throughout the three-week construction period.

The scope of work includes resurfacing and restriping the existing parking lot, the addition of one new parking stall, regrading the driveway, and reducing the slope as well as improvements to the curbs and gutters.

These upgrades will allow for” an improved parking experience for all visitors,” a library statement said.

While the parking lot is under construction, library patrons can park on the streets of Altadena Drive, Morningside, and Oswego Streets.
