The Linda Vista/Annandale Association will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, June 24 at the Brookside Golf Clubhouse.

Eric Kern, LVAA president, will deliver opening remarks. Guest speakers include Councilmember Steve Madison, who represents Pasadena District 6, who will provide city updates, and Pasadena Fire Chief Chad Augustin, who will discuss fire safety plans for the Linda Vista and Annandale areas.

Jens Weiden will present short-term and long-term projects related to the Rose Bowl and Brookside Golf Course.

The meeting will conclude with an open question-and-answer session, allowing members to engage directly with board members and speakers.

The 95-year-old nonprofit neighborhood association will convene at Brookside Golf Club’s Mediterranean Room, 1133 Rosemont Ave., from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event will feature a social hour followed by a structured program of presentations.

The association serves a neighborhood covering approximately 2.5 square miles and has historically focused on preserving the neighborhood’s character, including efforts to protect single-family home environments and advocate for community improvements.
