
Pasadena will remain unseasonably warm through Friday before cooler weather arrives this weekend, the National Weather Service said Tuesday. Highs will reach the upper 70s to low 80s, nearly 15 degrees above normal, before dropping into the low 70s by Sunday.
Forecasters said Tuesday’s high will reach near 80 under sunny skies, with light winds shifting from northeast to southwest. Overnight lows will fall to the upper 40s.
Wednesday will be slightly cooler at 78, followed by a return to 81 on Thursday. Friday will remain mostly sunny with highs near 79. Cooling begins Saturday with highs near 75 and continues Sunday with highs near 73.
Rain is not expected through the weekend. However, forecasters said computer models show a chance of showers between next Monday and Friday.
Pasadena residents should prepare for cooler evenings and monitor forecasts for next week’s potential storm.
