Pasadena Broker Named Among Coldwell Banker Commercial’s 2025 Top Performers

Coldwell Banker Commercial has recognized Pasadena in its newly announced 2025 national awards, honoring local broker Bill Ukropina as one of the company’s top-performing professionals. The recognition was included in a Feb. 5 press release distributed via PRNewswire announcing the firm’s year-end award recipients.

The company introduced the 1906 Club as its most prestigious distinction, replacing the former Top 2% and Elite Company awards. The honor recognizes the highest revenue-producing firms and the top 2% of affiliated professionals based on transaction revenue. Award recipients will be formally recognized at the 2026 Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference on March 17 in Kansas City, Missouri, and later honored with an incentive trip to Puerto Rico in June, according to the release.

Ukropina, of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty in Pasadena, was listed among the individual honorees, underscoring the city’s presence in the national rankings and highlighting local achievement within the global network.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Apex Realtors of Waco, Texas, was named the No. 1 affiliate company in the nation, while Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, headquartered in Madison, New Jersey, was recognized as the top brokerage. Apex Realtors also earned the No. 1 office designation, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors of North Lubbock, Texas, was named the top single?company office.
