Pasadena Buddhist Temple: Mr. and Mrs. Ben D Sanematsu Scholarship

This scholarship program was established in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Ben D. Sanematsu. Applicant’s parents must be a sustaining member of the Pasadena Buddhist Temple (PBT) for at least one-year. The applicant must be an undergraduate or graduate student or attending business, vocational or trade schools. The recipients will receive a certificate of recognition and cash awards as determined by the Sanematsu Scholarship Committee. The amounts awarded shall be a minimum of $500.

Applicants may apply for the scholarship each year that they are actively pursuing their education. Application for this scholarship is available here, or contact Gerry Ito. Application forms must be submitted on or before the 15th of April 2012.
