The report said PCOC exceeded its revenue goals, achieving a total revenue of $12,883,000, surpassing the target by 118% for the fiscal year. The revenue breakdown across divisions further underscored the company’s financial success, with the Convention Center surpassing its revenue goal by 120%, the Civic Auditorium exceeding its goal by 130%, and the Ice Skating Center surpassing its target by 109%.

PCOC maintained exceptional service standards throughout its operations, with the Pasadena Convention Center receiving a perfect client satisfaction – a score of 4.0 out of 4.0. The Pasadena Civic Auditorium also hosted 187 event days, including prestigious shows like “America’s Got Talent: Season 17” live shows and the NAACP Image Awards.

The report also highlighted community engagement initiatives, with the Pasadena Ice Skating Center witnessing record-breaking attendance in skating school group classes and successfully hosting national and regional competitions. The facility is home to the Pasadena Maple Leafs youth hockey association, Pasadena Figure Skating Club, and the Rose City Crystals synchronized skating teams. The Center also has over 30 adult hockey teams in four division levels for an in-house league.

City Councilmember Tyron Hampton, who chairs the PCOC Board of Directors, said the organization anticipates a prosperous 2024 in the report and eagerly looks forward to more attendees in the numerous events happening year-round.

If you’re organizing an event and desire it to be a triumph, complete with accolades and exceptional customer service, our dedicated staff is delighted to help you achieve this goal,” Hampton said.
