
The Pasadena Community Access Corporation, the city’s local telecommunications nonprofit, will hold its regular board meeting on Aug. 5 at 6:15 p.m. to address ongoing operations, board vacancies, and long-term strategic planning.
The meeting, to be led by Board President Kim Washington, will be held in person at the Pasadena Community Access Corporation’s headquarters at 150 S. Los Robles Avenue, Suite 101. The agenda includes approval of minutes from two prior meetings — the May 29 Special Board Meeting and the May 29 Special Board–CAC Joint Meeting — along with committee reports and updates on executive and administrative matters.
Governance topics include efforts to fill vacant seats representing District 3 and Pasadena City College, underscoring the organization’s need for increased recruitment to sustain a robust and diverse Board.
Financial oversight remains a priority, and the treasurer’s report will provide an update on the organization’s fiscal status.
The Pasadena Community Access Corporation Citizens Advisory Committee and the Board’s Ad Hoc Committee on Strategic Planning are scheduled to report on recent activities, reflecting ongoing efforts to engage the public and align community media initiatives with future growth.
Administrative staff will deliver a report covering executive leadership developments, operational updates, production highlights, and recent community engagement initiatives.
