Pasadena Keller Williams Real Estate Franchise Signs New Office Lease

Real estate brokerage Keller Williams Pasadena has signed a new 8,880-square-foot office lease in Pasadena, according to Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis, which facilitated the lease.

Keller Williams is moving into offices in the property at 199 S. Los Robles Avenue on a 104-month lease, CBRE said.

The 168,000 square-foot eight-story Pasadena office building is at the corner of Los Robles and Cordova. It was acquired in February 2020 by GWP Reqal Estate.

GWP has refurbished the exterior of the building and completed a reorientation of the main entrance and lobby. It also added a conference and fitness center, along with interior and exterior tenant lounges.

“The combined new renovations, ideal location, and strong ownership made the decision to relocate Keller Williams’ offices a sound one,” said Ken Parson, Operating Partner for Keller Williams Realty and KW Commercial in Pasadena and Arcadia.

“The CBRE team was steadfast in bringing the vision of the ownership into reality, walking lock-step through each step of the process with us. We’re excited for our team and our clients to showcase our new space, anticipated to be completed in January 2023.”
