A 44-year-old Pasadena man was robbed at gunpoint Sunday evening in the 1000 block of East Orange Grove Boulevard, according to Pasadena Police Lieutenant Domino Scott-Jackson.

Scott-Jackson said the victim reported that he was approached by a suspect in a parking lot at about 6:34 p.m. on Nov. 30. The suspect, described only as a man wearing a black ski mask and all-black clothing, pointed a black handgun at the victim and demanded his property.

The victim complied out of concern for his safety and surrendered his watch and iPhone 17before the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction, Scott-Jackson said.

Scott-Jackson explained that the victim returned home after the incident and contacted police. Officers met with him at approximately 7:00 p.m. No injuries were reported.
