
Pasadena Mayor Victor Gordo has endorsed Councilmember Justin Jones for the upcoming election to represent District 3.
“Councilmember Jones is the best and most qualified candidate. We can trust him to exercise sound judgment in his decision-making,” said Gordo.
He praised Jones for his insight, knowledge of City departments/issues, and focus on the quality of life of District 3 residents.
Jones, a licensed Civil Engineer and a proud product of the Pasadena Unified School District, has represented District 3 since 2022. He is known for his hands-on practical style. He said he is determined to improve District 3 as a place to live.
“I am honored to have the support of Mayor Victor Gordo,” Jones responded.
Jones is married to Natalya, a Supervisors Deputy to Los Angeles County Supervisor Holly Mitchell. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Howard University.
Mayor Gordo, who was elected in 2020 after serving five terms as a Pasadena City Councilmember representing District 5, emphasized that Jones cares about Pasadena and its people.
