Pasadena Now’s Weekendr Section Editor Eddie Rivera will be the guest speaker at this Wednesday’s open-to-the-public Rotary Club of Pasadena weekly meeting.
As part of the club’s Healthy Summer Series, Rivera, who suffered a heart attack and seizure in 2019, will present “Hearts Broken, Hearts Repaired: Actual Save-Your-Own-Life Advice to Keep You Around a Lot Longer.“
The presentation is based on his quintuple bypass open heart surgery, and subsequent walk across Spain on the Camino De Santiago in 2023.
The public is welcome to attend. The $45 fee for non-members includes lunch. Reservations are required by Monday, July 22nd, at 4:00 p.m.
