Police today confirmed details surrounding the Sunday arrest in Pasadena of Marston Hefner.
On February 12 at 10:00 p.m., Pasadena Police responded to a residence in the 100 block of W. Del Mar Blvd., after receiving a call of a suspected domestic violence battery.
The investigation revealed sufficient probable cause to warrant the arrest of Marston Hefner for domestic violence battery on his 22 year live-in girlfriend. Police say the victim sustained minor injuries. The victim was issued an Emergency Restraining Order.
Marston Hefner was booked in the Pasadena Jail and bonded out on February 13 at 2:00 a.m. after posting a $20,000 bail. The case will be forwarded to the City Prosecutor’s Office.
Hefner is due in Pasadena Superior Court on Domestic Battery charges on March 14.
