A car-to-car shooting targeted a man and a woman driving on Mentone Avenue near W. Howard Street at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night, police report.
Neither victim was injured in the shooting, during which two suspects fired multiple shots which struck the victim’s car, Pasadena police Sgt. Greg Afsharian said.
Officers responded to the area after neighbors called about hearing gunfire and found shell casings in the street, but no victims. The victims later called police to report the incident.
Police say the suspects vehicle is described only as “black, small, shiny and clean-looking.”
Afsharian said the investigation is ongoing.
