Pasadena police officers on Friday will be holding a citywide enforcement program to seek out traffic violations, officials said.
“Officers will be deployed at various locations throughout the city to look for violations including, but not limited to, primary collision factors involving speed, red signals and right of way violations,” the Pasadena Police Department said in a written statement.
Funding is being provided from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
Police held a similar extra enforcement campaign last Friday, resulting in 55 citations and one arrest.
