The Armory Center for the Arts in Pasadena is opening its Fall Studio registration to the public on Wednesday, Aug. 7, offering a wide range of classes for children, teens, and adults, including popular options like painting, drawing, and ceramics.

New additions to the fall roster include basket weaving, a course called “Printing for FUN,” and a class titled “Bead Bliss!”

Members of the Armory Center receive a 10% discount on tuition, with immediate access to the discount code upon joining.

For children aged 2 to 11, the center is currently running its 2024 Summer Studio program, with enrollment open through Aug. 20.

The summer classes for kids are organized into week-long sessions, meeting daily from Monday to Friday, with themes such as Fairy Tale Worlds and Comic Book Art. Supervised lunch breaks are provided at no extra cost for students enrolled in both morning and afternoon classes.

Adult summer classes are ongoing through late August and early September, offering options like collage, ceramics, printmaking, and figure drawing with live models.

Teen summer classes, for ages 12 to 18, include subjects such as darkroom photography, comics, and digital art, with some running until Aug. 17.
