Forest bathing, inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, invites attendees to immerse themselves in nature and use their senses to explore their relationship with the environment. Led by Forest Therapy Guide Ben Page, this experience supports healing, mindfulness, and wellness. $30 members, $40 non-members. Advance registration required, click here to register.
