This Pasadena event offers a welcoming atmosphere for men of all backgrounds, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, to explore mindfulness, yoga, and sound therapy. The RWTR (Run With The Roses) Pop Up: SWEATSOULSOUND is part of a series of wellness events designed to promote self-care and community connection.

The gathering is on Sunday, Dec. 29, 6 p.m. at 132 W Colorado Blvd., and is organized by the Pasadena Lululemon community as a monthly wellness initiative.

Cameron Forbes, a certified yoga instructor, founded the monthly gathering to create a dedicated environment for community building and self-discovery through holistic practices.

Forbes, who transitioned from a General Mills brand manager to become a multi-platinum songwriter, discovered yoga after moving to Los Angeles in 2010 to pursue music and acting.

As an instructor, he completed his 200-hour yoga certification from Modo Yoga International in Toronto and earned an additional 50-hour yoga nidra certification through studies in Cusco, Peru.

The University of Michigan graduate, who earned his BBA in marketing and was raised near Chicago, aims to explore the connection between music, mindfulness and artistic expression.

The community wellness event will provide yoga mats and refreshments for all participants who attend the evening session at the Pasadena location.

Participation is free of charge. To reserve your spot for this and other lululemon community events, visit https://www.lululemonrunwiththeroses5k.com/community-events
