Three-day event at Pasadena Convention Center features contests and live performances.

The world’s premier tattoo artists will transform Southern California into a living canvas this September, as the Golden State Tattoo Expo returns for three days of artistry that blurs the line between skin and masterpiece.

Golden State Tattoo Expo will run Friday, September 19 from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m., Saturday, September 20 from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., and Sunday, September 21 from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m., according to the official Golden State Tattoo Expo website.

Presented by Inked Magazine and hosted by Nikko Hurtado and Carlos Torres Art, the event brings together international talent under one roof at the Pasadena Convention Center.

Attendees can get fresh ink from artists, browse original artwork, jewelry and fashion, or observe the craft through seminars and live demonstrations. The expo also features burlesque performances, tattoo contests, and opportunities to meet industry professionals while exploring the latest innovations in tattooing technology.

The event transforms the 300 E. Green St. venue into a hub of creative expression, where visitors can witness tattoo artistry firsthand. From traditional techniques to cutting-edge innovations, the expo showcases a broad spectrum of the craft.

Single-day admission costs $30, while weekend passes are available for $60.
