Last Chance: Collectibles Convention Concludes in Pasadena Today

Published on Mar 30, 2025

The Front Row Card Show draws to a close today at the Pasadena Convention Center after transforming the space into a marketplace for enthusiasts and traders over the weekend.

The two-day convention, featuring 250 vendor tables of sports cards, trading card games, comic books and an array of memorabilia, has been serving collectors since Saturday morning and will conclude from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.

“The Front Row Card Show provides an essential space for collectors and vendors to buy, sell, trade, and authenticate items while fostering Pasadena’s collectibles community and boosting local business,” said event organizers through promotional materials.

Throughout the weekend, attendees have had the opportunity to engage with vendors offering a diverse range of collectibles including sports cards (baseball, football, basketball, hockey, soccer, racing, boxing, UFC), trading card games (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, Lorcana, MetaZoo), comic books (Marvel, DC Comics, indie), Star Wars memorabilia, original artwork, action figures, Funko Pops, toys, video games, movie posters, sports memorabilia and autographs.

The convention has also hosted professional grading companies including SGC, Beckett, CBCS, CGC and JSA, allowing collectors to submit items for authentication and valuation.

Today’s final hours include a drawing for four shopping spree prizes totaling $1,000, providing additional incentive for last-minute visitors. The first 200 ticket holders today will receive complimentary swag bags from Pristine Auction containing comics, card supplies and other collectibles.

Children under 10 can participate in a “Hobby Hunt” scavenger hunt and receive free admission when accompanied by an adult.

For those still hoping to attend, general admission tickets remain available at the door for $15. The Pasadena Convention Center is located at 300 E. Green Street.

The convention has been positioned as both a cultural event and an economic driver for Pasadena, attracting collectors from throughout the region for this final day of trading, browsing, and community building in the collectibles sphere.
