Mountain Mike’s Pizza, a family-style pizza chain known for its legendary crispy, curly pepperonis, Mountain-sized pizzas, and dough made fresh daily, has opened its third Los Angeles County restaurant in Pasadena. The new spacious 2,000-square-foot location is owned and operated by experienced restaurateurs Waldo Yan and Amber Tan.
“We were drawn to Mountain Mike’s Pizza for its commitment to community, both among its guests and franchise partners,” said Yan. He expressed excitement about making Mountain Mike’s a staple in Pasadena and later across San Gabriel Valley.
The Pasadena restaurant features three 75-inch TVs, making it a potential destination for sports fans. It also includes an all-you-can-eat pizza and salad bar weekday lunch buffet, a kids’ arcade area, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a 200-square-foot outdoor patio for al fresco dining.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza has been serving its signature “Pizza the Way it Oughta Be!” experience since 1978, emphasizing fresh ingredients and a family-friendly dining environment. The chain prides itself on using whole milk mozzarella cheese and rolling dough fresh daily.
The new location offers dine-in, carryout, and delivery options. Customers can place orders online, through the Mountain Rewards app, or via third-party delivery partners.
Situated at 3415 E. Colorado Blvd., the Pasadena restaurant can be reached at (626) 669-6304. It is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
