With over 100 guests, Nicole and Peggy Bray officially launched their new boutique real estate brokerage Hatlen Properties at the historic Raymond restaurant along with over 100 guests.
Hatlen Properties was named based on Nicole and Peggy’s history with Pasadena. Coming from Norway, their grandmothers paved the future for them, both being women in Real Estate in Pasadena. Hatlen Properties is a tribute to them, now being four generations of women and family in Real Estate in LA county. The true American Dream.
Between them, Nicole and Peggy have over 40 years of combined experience with real estate and know what buyers and sellers need. Service that is simplified. They take care of their clients by nurturing, educating and staying with them throughout the process.
They chose to celebrate at The Raymond because of the rich history of Pasadena and the architectural interest. They have four full-time agents and are growing rapidly with people that care and want to help clients.
It was a night of music, food, wine and good conversation. Clients from 20 years ago to most recent clients. Family, friends and old colleagues came out to congratulate Hatlen Properties on their opening and to their success. A great celebration!
