Hall of Fame football coach Nick Saban, who commanded college football for decades with seven national championships, will share leadership insights with 350,000 participants worldwide when the Global Leadership Summit simulcasts from hundreds of locations across 110+ countries this August.

The summit, broadcasting live from Illinois while hosting local gatherings like the one at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena on Aug. 7 to 8, assembles an unprecedented cross-section of American leadership under this year’s theme “Lead Where You Are.”

Saban shares the stage with Thasunda Brown Duckett, president and CEO of TIAA and former JP Morgan Chase executive; Craig Groeschel of Life.Church; leadership legend John C. Maxwell; and Christine Caine, cofounder of The A21 Campaign. Additional speakers include Jon Acuff, Tasha Eurich, Walker Hayes and seven others.

“This year’s theme for the Global Leadership Summit is ‘Lead Where You Are,’” explains John Zimmerman of Calvin University. “The GLS invites individuals in every sector — business, education, ministry, nonprofits and beyond — to grow their influence and lead with purpose, wherever they’re called.”

Lake Avenue Church describes the summit as “a leadership conference that equips and inspires its attendees to look at leadership through the lenses of community, networking and faith.”

The organization calls it “the largest leadership experience in the world partnering with business, local churches, ministries and other organizations to help leaders grow and become catalysts for change.”

Global Leadership Summit will run on Thursday, August 7 and Friday, August 8 at 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. Lake Avenue Church, 393 N. Lake Ave., in Pasadena. For more call (626) 844-4700 or visit https://lakeave.org/event/490. Tickets: $99 to $171.95.
