The Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena is set to delight guests with the return of its cherished holiday tradition, the Teddy Bear Tea, featuring a special partnership with Paddington Bear. This enchanting event promises a magical experience for both adults and children, combining the elegance of afternoon tea with the wonder of the holiday season.
Scheduled to run from December 4-8, 11-15, and 18-24, 2024, the Teddy Bear Tea will offer two daily seatings at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Guests will be treated to a delightful array of seasonal afternoon tea delicacies, including sandwiches, scones, and sweet treats specially crafted for young palates.
The event’s highlight is an engaging entertainment program featuring a reading of the classic “A Visit from St. Nicholas” and a captivating puppet show by the talented Bob Baker Marionette Players. Adding to the festive spirit, Santa Claus himself will make a special appearance, accompanied by his helper, Jack Frost.
In a charming touch, each child aged 12 and under will receive a limited-edition Paddington x The Langham bear, complete with the iconic character’s signature pink duffle coat, as a keepsake of this magical experience.
The Teddy Bear Tea is priced at $90 per person, regardless of age. Guests should note that this price excludes tax, and a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to all final bills. The hotel advises that cancellation and no-show fees may apply.
